Today, Mr. McMenamin’s Fourth Class joined Ms. Hayden’s Senior Infants for a fun visit to the library.
Our little reading buddies were full of energy (and quite demanding!), but we managed! We helped them pick books, read stories, and kept up with all their brilliant questions.
Today was no ordinary Monday – Ms. O’Connor’s 4th Class headed off with Ms. Tierney’s Senior Infants for a trip to the library!📚
We took our jobs very seriously – showing the younger pupils how to walk properly through town. (We’re basically training for prefecting roles in the future, and let’s just say... we’re ready!)
When we got to the library, the Senior Infants wasted no time. They were very clear: more books, more stories, and lots of expression!😄 Lucky for them, we’re expert readers and were more than up for the challenge!
The Senior Infants were great company – even if they kept asking, “Can you read just one more?” (…and then one more after that!)
Well done, everyone – a fun day, lots of sunshine, and some serious storytime skills on show!💛📖
